The Joan Buddle Service Desk (JBSD) is located at the bottom of the steps at the main entrance to the David Braley Athletic Centre. The JBSD is named in honour of Joan Buddle, a long-serving A&R staff member who exemplified what excellent service and commitment mean. 

At the JBSD, a dedicated staff team will assist you with all your needs, ensuring you have a seamless and enjoyable experience. We offer a wide range of services, including: 

• General Inquiries: Have questions about our facility, programs or events? Our knowledgeable staff are ready to provide you with all the information you need. 
• Membership Sales: Interested in becoming a member? We can guide you through the membership options and benefits and help you find the best plan that suits your needs. 
• Equipment: Need gear for your workout or recreational activities? We offer a variety of equipment rentals and loans, ensuring you have everything you need for a great time. 
• Program Registration: Want to join a class or buy tickets for an event? Our team can assist you in making it quick and easy. 
• Lost and Found: Misplaced something during your visit? Check with us at the JBSD, and we’ll do our best to help you locate your lost items.
