I am nervous about coming to the gym for the first time. Is there support?
We understand that the gym can be an intimidating place. This is why we have GymBuds!
We offer two different programs:
- We help connect new or inexperienced students with upper-year students who can provide a tour and introduction to the pulse facilities. This program aims to help students feel more comfortable in the pulse.
- We offer a platform that helps students meet new workout buddies. Having a Gym Buddy makes fitness more fun and helps keep you accountable.
If you’re interested in getting involved in the GymBuds program as a mentor or mentee, follow our Instagram @MacGymBuds or visit the Linktree (@MacGymBuds).
